Push the band of technology and anything, it costs money.

Tennis players, golfers, maybe out five, six hours a day practicing.

I haven't been in a car for like two months,

and then you're meant to get in it

and be straight on the pace driving a car at

20 miles an hour.

When I wake up every morning,

I make sure I've practiced the lap 10 times in my head so it's there fresh in my mind to then when I go to the track.

The way I became a better person was not trying to become anyone else. You just try and become a better person of you.

This week on the show we have Max Chilton who is a British racing driver,

Formula One, good looking, young, the kind of guy you might expect to come out of a

Ron Howard movie. But that is where the comparison stop, because Max, he's the new breed of racing driver he's not the one that's

out late partying he's actually the guy that's training hard that's thinking about

the psychology and the mental fortitude necessary to be a top you know f1 driver and he's one that

really takes his career very seriously very introspective and I found it to be a very

very mature guy.

One of my most favorite lines from the show though is when I asked him the best advice he ever received and
