No problem. I'll ask you right off the bat. Did anything good or not good happen to you this week?

Well, something not good happened to me.

Oh, no, flying high last week and now come back down to Earth.

I literally flew too close to the sun because I got heat stroke yesterday.

How did that manifest itself? Well, it was sort of, it was like a heat hangover,

I would say, you know, uh, on Sunday we played pickleball in the sun for three hours. And then

on Monday yesterday, uh, sorry, Monday we, we played for another two and a half hours. I was playing in my league, again,

in the super hot sun. And when I woke up yesterday morning, I was just on my ass, like

lethargic, super dehydrated, headache, all that stuff. Hadn't been drinking or anything,

so I knew it wasn't one of those headaches. So I was just... Notice that he has to say that out loud, I don't know,

because everyone's assumed he had a little bit of a little tipple.

Yeah, no tipple over here.

So yeah, I was laid up basically yesterday.

So it was not good.

Did you have to record a podcast?

I didn't, thank God.
