The Michael Berry Show

has set the first three articles of our Constitution.

Just over a decade after the Declaration of Independence.

In the original Constitution before there were amendments, there were three articles

setting out

the branches of government, the first being the legislative,

which writes the laws,

article two being the executive,

which enforces, implements the laws,

and the third being the judicial,

which interprets those laws and the enforcement of them,

and makes rulings.

This was that beautiful sense of checks and balances.

This is the creation of balance within our government.

There's a case I'll be spending a lot of time on the evening show today.

We're a judge by the name of Dowdy out of Monroe, Louisiana,

federal judge,

slapped down the Biden administration

and said,

stop calling, emailing, sending letters, texts,

meeting with social media firms,

quote, for the purpose of urging, encouraging, pressuring or inducing in any manner,
