What is your advice to anyone who've just lost their job?

On a Friday, they showed me the new office I was going to have a Monday.

I was like, oh.

We have over 800 employees across the UK, and this is my duvet flip. You seem to have several different jobs,

which to me tells me you're not too bad at interviewing.

Every move is another opportunity to either add a skill set,

refine what I knew how to do, whatever it was,

it was always purposeful.

You decide whether you go down a road or you don't

and then that's where we're following it.

That's exactly right. I'd rather hire the mentality than the skills.

And what is your advice for anyone who wants to get into data?

There is no pattern, which is very weird.

And you apply and see if your curiosity and your inventiveness can kind of get you through

that door.

It says a lot about the culture, doesn't it?
