Talking about children's literature today, because there is a lot of talk about children's

literature today, or at least books for children, and that's where I want to start.

Talk about books for children, but not necessarily about children's literature.

How would you contrast those two terms or descriptions?

Yeah, books for children just definitely sounds like medicine, right?

Like we're going to force feed you a certain message or an

ideology or answer some question that you need answered in the moment. So it's very present-minded,

books for kids, books for children. Children's literature to my mind, I mean, when you say literature,
