So obviously, I've been out for most of the past week. Yesterday, we spent a good chunk of the show on Jalen Brown's Team USA snub. So I didn't get a chance to chime in at all regarding Matthew Judon, apparently being pissed that he didn't get an extension for the Patriots this off season.

And on the one hand, I kind of can't blame him, considering Elliot Wolf has been handing out extensions like Halloween candy to pretty much everyone else on the team the last few months.

The most recent were Jolani Tevi and Ramandre Stevenson, right?

But even if you look at it, even if you're on the wrong side of 30, like Matthew

Judon is, you can get paid by the Patriots right now. Just ask David Andrews and Hunter Henry. So again, I get why Matthew Judon's probably pissed. He can even use some numbers to help his case. The Patriots were tied for fourth in the NFL a couple of years ago, 54 sacks. And then the team total sunk to 27 to the league with just 36 last year with him being injured.

So see, the numbers can back me up.

Give me my money.

But on this one, I side with the team.
