great and marvelous start to your new year, 24. God is doing some amazing things in this time.

And I know in Orlando,

God's blessings are raining down upon his people.

And I know that the same is happening for you in your city

and in your own personal life.

I have enjoyed going through the scriptures verse by verse,

opening up the Word of God for these past six months in Matthew.

We're going to be really, we only got about seven chapters left and so for those that have been

listening the last few days or few months we're almost there we're almost there we're more than halfway there and there's something

powerful about going through the scriptures verse by verse and showing the historical cultural setting

and also how to apply it in our lives today it is a uh an incredible you know shift in the thought of uh matthew because he's

hastening to the cross and we're getting into today what they call the triumphal entry and you're going to see the

different parallels between the ancient near eastern customs and the customs of greece and rome

and the kingdom customs that Matthew is highlighting

in this text today.

So we're in Matthew chapter 21.

saying unto them go into the village over against you and straightway ye shall find a donkey tied and a

colt with her loose them and bring them unto me and if any man say ought unto you you shall say the
