I'm your host, Matt Hodgeberg, and this episode over 467. This week I'm here to talk about my recent cruise on Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas.

Talk about the things they did on board and kind of give a glimpse of this cruise.

No, it's not deja vu.

You did hear correctly.

I went back on Royal Cremings Mariner of the Seas just a few weeks after I was on Mariner

of the Seas for the Royal Creme blog group cruise back in July.

And there's a couple reasons why I booked this particular sailing.

And today I'm going to talk about Mariner of the season round two on board in the last

couple of weeks. So as you all know, I did a cruise on Mariner of the season in July. I had a great

time on there. And afterwards, when I got off the ship, this is a mat problem more than anything.

But I got off the ship and realized I didn't have another cruise until the end of September.

This was the end of July. It seemed like there

would be a ripe opportunity for me to cruise in August on something. And so I started casually looking

for some new cruise options that were out there. I wasn't hard pressed on it. August, by the way,

is when school restarts here in Florida. I know it's crazy. But we restart school like the second

week of August. And so that basically

means that the kids definitely can't get off of her cruise. We could have maybe done a weekend sailing,

like a, you know, Friday to Monday kind of sailing. But my oldest daughter is starting to enter

middle school now. She's adamant about not missing any school time. So we just, that seemed like a non-starter to begin

with. And so I was just kind of, you know, casually looking at some ideas and Labor Day weekend
