Got off to an O and two start lost Christian Mcaffrey everybody is saying man

looks like a two and 14 season for the Panthers but they've come back one two in a

row steady the ship even without the best player in their franchise.

So we'll talk to Matt Rool about that and lots of other stuff.

And we'll also be joined to try to get to the bottom of what exactly happened in

Houston with Bill O'Brien, with veteran scribe John McLean of the Houston Chronicle. He's covered

all things football in Houston for 44 years.

So we'll go to the source and find out exactly why Bill O'Brien got fired just four games into his seventh season as the coach of the Texans.

Before we do, let's just talk for a minute about the MVP and obviously after four games of the season, there's no way you can know who's going to be the MVP.

Because basically four guys are at the leader at the lead right now.

Four quarterbacks.

Patrick Mahomes of Kansas City,

Josh Allen of the Bills,

and two quarterbacks with Wisconsin Roots.

Russell Wilson, former Wisconsin Badger. with Wisconsin

Badger and Aaron Rogers, the standard bearer for the Green Bay Packers.

And one of the points I want to make, I've got one of the 50 MVP votes for the Associated Press,

I've had it for, I don't know, 20-some years.

This is a great example of why the MVP vote.

I wish that it would get changed so that we could vote on, let's just say,

we could vote for five guys on say a 54321 basis or any sort of point total that you would
