I mean, I think it's, and I understand it.

It's scary if, you know, like say when Bill Belichick came in here, you know, he wanted to displace a whole bunch of people. That's what happens when you bring in a new coach from the outside. Everybody's gone. They want to clean. I want my guys. I want my people. And I understand that's probably scary for people in Foxborough. We don't know when that's going to happen. Could be a year from now. Could be five, ten years from now. But, you know, if Bill Belichick is out there selling to the

crafts that Matt Patricia is doing all this stuff, he is now in personnel, he can do both jobs.

He is now going to touch the quarterback. He can do all the things that I do once I step down or maybe I go up to team

president and I say, I'll do that if Matt Patricia is my guy. All of a sudden, everybody stays put.

But I think there will be some interesting dynamics at the end. I think Belichick might leverage

say, I will stay on as team president as long as I get to pick my people.

But if, you know, Jonathan Kraft suddenly has more power

and he wants to move on, can I say this?
