I've been evaluating quarterbacks for a long time.

And I happened to ironically watch his college tape last year and came away.

I loved his film last year, loved them.

And then I watched him at the Combine.

And I saw something that he has, he has some moxie and he has

that it factor that is not everybody has.

And when you have that as a 22 year old kid, you have this it factor.

I kind of went through that a little bit in Kansas City with a, in 2017 with Patrick and

to where he's taking himself

to now. It's just different. And so, and then you talk to the coaches that were with him last year and

you see how he led and the respect that he got from his peers and his teammates, the kid is super

tough. He has a connectivity to him. Guys love them. They want to play for him. That's a start.
