Matt Logelin and his wife Liz were high school sweethearts. They bought a house, she got pregnant with their first child and they planned to live happily ever after. The pregnancy was complicated but their daughter was born and she was healthy. But then 27 hours after giving birth, as she was getting ready to meet the baby she hadn't yet held, Liz died of a pulmonary embolism. This is the subject of Matt's memoir, Two Kisses for Maddy, which has been turned into Fatherhood, the number one Netflix movie at the time this episode airs. Kevin Hart plays Matt.
