Okay, first off, really good news. I nailed Matt Larson down to a date to do a livecast, get him down to my office and get him to share some of the

amazing things he's working on right now he's he's opening up new markets

and in weeks he's got amazing deals even in emerging markets when other people can't find him.

He's got buyers on his list immediately and this is stuff we all do all the time

Some of you are already crushing it, but he's going quicker than ever and I'm getting him to reveal how he did it

Okay, so today what I want to talk about

is something that has been so in my face in three different areas that I know

it's something I need to share.

So I went to Strategic Coach in Chicago last week.

That's where I pay $25,000 a year.

I go four times a year to be taught by Dan Sullivan to help me be a better business band, a better entrepreneur, a better educator.

And one of the things that we were really working on was gratitude and all the things that make you think in a better way but one

thing he's been practicing for 25 years which blew me ways every single night

before he goes to bed every night not some nights not most nights every night he writes down three of the biggest wins that happened that day, and three that he hopes happen tomorrow.

Now, he said, most days things go wrong.

Most things you could find 100 things that didn't go right.

But at night all he does is focus on the three gives, the three wins he had that day.
