0:13.4	Today I have with us Matt Cahn. He's a hayhouse author. He's written a couple books for us. His
0:20.6	latest is called Universe. Always has a plan. Ten golden rules of letting go. And the book before
0:27.9	that was everything is here to help. And he also has a deck of cards with us called healing
0:33.7	mantra cards and and mantras are something that he uses. I guess in his healing and helping people.
0:40.5	So how are you doing, Matt? I'm wonderful. It's such an honor to be here with you.
0:44.4	It's great to be here with you. And I think I just want to start off by getting your ideas,
0:51.1	thoughts about what's all happening here right now with the whole COVID thing and everything
0:56.8	else that's going on. Well, absolutely. You know, we're in a remarkable time in history where
1:03.7	for perhaps the first time in all of our lives and rarely in human history are every one of us,
1:10.3	no matter the continent we live on, the city we live in, no matter what we do for a living or the
1:15.9	uniqueness that makes us all different and unique. We're all having one universal experience of
1:23.6	literally living through the changing of the world. We're literally because of this COVID thing,
1:29.3	which of course, as I talk about so often in my book, the universe always has a plan.
1:34.0	There's always a greater plan that the universe is creating through the circumstances of our
1:40.3	worldly affairs. And for perhaps the first time in our lifetime we're all from one continent to
1:46.1	the next having the same experience. And we actually get to find ways of connecting with the unity
1:53.0	to connect with the interconnection of the universe that resides within all of us.
1:57.5	For as we all come together to deal with the uncertainties of this current climate and to begin
2:04.0	making decisions like self-quarantining and social distancing from the compassionate mindset of
2:10.2	I'm going to make choices to support the well-being of the whole. This really is even though it can
2:16.5	be very uncomfortable and uncertain and bring up so many fears that we're here to heal.
