Matt and Blonde show, formerly Beauty and the Beta, YouTuber and podcaster talking politics and culture from the refuge of a wilderness fortress. He was on the show a long time ago back in 2020, which was one of the big news years of our life. So I'm excited to talk to him about the future, what he's learned since then. It's cool, man. You've been, uh, looks like you've been busy.

I know you've got a, you know, your, your family has expanded. Uh, yeah. Yeah. So that's congratulations on that. Um, I guess since the last time I was on married and two kids now. Yeah. That has been quite a lot of development. man. I love to hear that, man. Praise God. So, you know,

what I, you know, we're going to talk for a little bit. I basically want to talk about the past and the future today. I mean, you know, like I said, you're on the show in 2020. And I think we talked about kind of the, you know, Kyle Rittenhouse stuff and some COVID and things like that. But why let's just tell us um you know a little bit about your background and kind of what you've learned

or how you've changed other than the obvious, uh, your family, man. How, what have you learned and update us since, uh, 20, 20, a long time ago. Oh, okay, so just since 2020, I was going to say, that's a big question, but you're talking about just since then. Well, I would say that the lessons are kind of ominous, unfortunately.

I think one of the big things I keep talking about is whether the principle of Hanlon's razor

applies.

The idea that, well, you should be charitable in understanding your opponents and think that

what can be explained by stupidity should be,

you shouldn't assume malice.

I don't know, like almost everything is malice.

How much patience do I have to have over the last couple years?

Last time we talked was 2020, it's like, okay, I know that everyone's very afraid of this virus,

but eventually we have to chill out here.

Here we are three years later.

And I know we're not, you know, the vaccine mandate stuff has faded.

The masks are gone.

But a lot of the coercion attempts, trust me, we're going to get plenty of that this year.
