Thank you. Thank you. I saw you on Wendy Williams last night. So yesterday. I was on Wendy Williams yesterday. They sent their love. It's a fun show.

What happened, though, is they changed the topic at the last minute.

So Wendy's a very organized show. You get your topics the night before. So I did a ton of practice. Honestly, it's like almost being at school again in the school play. I literally practice in the bathroom mirror. So I stand in the bathroom and I look in the mirror and I pretend I'm talking to Wendy and I do it over and over and over again. And then when I got there and changed the subject, I was a little bit nervous, but they changed it, Miss Dee, to Royals. Oh, of course. You were ready like spaghetti. When it comes to the Royals, I was like, I don't need no mirror. I don't need no practice. We got this. Hey,

let's jump into our show because we've got a ton of gossip today. Hey, Miss Dee, what time is it?

It is tea time. So the bachelor, Matt James, has broken his silence about all the controversy

around the show. So he said the past few weeks have been the most challenging of his life.

So there's several more episodes left of this season, but he thought it was important to take

a moment to address his fans, the viewers, about everything that is coming out on the show.

So he said he's incredibly disappointed by the photographs of Rachel.

She took photographs at a plantation and an antebellum party.

These photographs are out and he's very disappointed in those.

He also talked about that Chris Harrison interview and he said it was devastating and heartbreaking.

Also troubling and painful to watch. I think we can all agree about that.

He's the first black bachelor in the franchise history. He said all of this has pushed him to

reevaluate the process and what his experiences actually represent, not just for him,

but for every contestant of color.

And it's kind of sad to hear about these young women and, of course, Chris Harrison,

saying things that just aren't appropriate when it comes to the black experience.

And certainly, I can certainly relate. and I think it has to be addressed.
