1:02.9	bill itself. So if you imagine that this bill is going to pass because there's
1:06.5	an 80 majority the only possible outcome if they implement everything in the
1:11.2	bill is that there's going to be a huge backlog in the number of people stuck
1:15.2	in the entire immigration system with no recourse to justice and nowhere to go.
1:20.2	So you've got a potential boom in undocumented EU nationals from tomorrow
1:24.4	onwards. You've got an existing asylum backlog which is entirely the home
1:28.4	office's fault and then you've got Brexit which means you are left with nowhere to
1:32.8	return people which has been the government's MO for a little while. Places like
1:36.8	Napier which they want to extend have caused huge public problems for them so
