I've been counting down the days.

Well, there's a lot I want to talk about.

I have it on my list to talk about Kokodona, live streaming,

Ari-Vipa, marketing the sport of trail running,

because you have something to say in all of those

categories and more. I think I want to start with Kokadona because it's so fresh. In my opinion,

we just had one of the most fun weekends in the American trail running scene that I think is

going to catch on for a lot more people that aren't already aware. But before we get into it, can you talk about the genesis of the Kokodona 250 and

like Jamil's vision for it and your vision for it and what makes it so special?
