Coming up today we have another one of our interviews from the American Atheist Convention, which was last weekend.

Right, exactly.

The nerd quotient of Salt Lake City has gone down.

Now that there was also a comic con going on at the same time.

I'm saying that it was.

I'm not just calling the

Aethies Convention nerdy though it was yes you and I contributing to that

absolutely yeah but but then across the street just like literally half a

block away.

Yeah.

They had over a hundred thousand people at the comic.

Yeah, it's a it's one of the big ones.

It's the second time Salt Lake has done a comic con in less than one year and it's already one of them. I have to say it was

everything I could do not to go up to David Silverman and ask him if he really

kind of secretly wanted to put on his Borg costume and just go across the street.

If any of you have ever seen the, the, uh, we, you and I, Frank, were watching the,

rewatching Treckies, the documentary, which we had both seen before, but it had been a few years for me.

And up pops, like in what, you know, they're doing interviews of people at a Star Trek convention convention and up pops this guy in a Borg costume.

His name appears on the screen.

And it turns out it is David Silverman, president of American Atheists, in an earlier portion of his life.
