digest and today's story of the day is Kansas City

loses to the Green Bay Packers 31 to 24 on Sunday night football, a game in which Patrick Mahomes did not play.

Matt, what did you see in this game?

I mean, I saw the Chief's team that gave at the old college try.

I mean, this was a contest that Kansas City goes into missing Patrick Mahomes and five other

starters and no... goes into missing Patrick Mahomes and five other starters.

And no one expected them to win this game.

And then down 14 to nothing in the first quarter,

I think everyone rightfully should have written this game off.

They fight their way back, they get themselves into a position.

You make one of maybe three plays go differently, go different direction, and the Chiefs could have won this game but I don't think there

was any reasonable expectation going into this contest that the Chiefs felt like they should have won and other other than, you know, every win being important,

this is to a degree a fairly low impact game.

I mean, it's an enough sea game.

It's a game against a team that, you know, everybody in your division is going to play too. I think the package is going to go pretty well through that run.

You know, so I don't think this is a make or break win by any stretch of the imagination

especially with all the factors going on but I think that you know Andy Reed I know

he wants to say luck on the positives that team played, I think that's actually a pretty big positive

take from this.
