You've got to get that average order value up.

There's not some holy grail of average order value.

It's completely dependent on your market.

Like you have to get it higher than your competitors because you're all competing for the same ad spend.

And so like if you're competing for the same ad spend, but you can spend more to acquire a customer,

the typical direct marketing thing is that you can scale ads faster.

Based on our profit margins, we're basically profitable on those customers in like month two.

And we run the numbers and we've got some pretty cool apps you can run for Shopify that show

basically in nine months, we essentially double the value of a new customer.

And so that's kind of our, like we've pretty much been building this business to sell it.

And that's probably, that's part of our story is to tell them, like, look, if you inject

cash into this thing, like we can show you the data from the past year.

Like, you're going to be able to grow way faster if you're willing to go in the negative

for like nine months, which is like a typical model for those people.
