Oh, I'm great. I just as a, you know, if you want to patch yourself on the back, this is something I didn't tell you, but I've been doing podcasting for five years or so, and this is the first time I've ever been on someone else's podcast.

That's ridiculous. It is really, I don't know, it is weird and it makes me sound like I have had lame podcasts for five years, but it's just one of those things where

I, I just haven't been on someone else's podcast. You've been jilted by the podcast and

community, and we here at Crunch industries LLC are happy to have been the

first to snag you as a guest yes well it's a pleasure to work here and i i am happy i look forward to

spending many productive years at the crunch industries here's your mop mop. Don't screw him.

That might be too much. Matt and I were just talking for like, I don't know, it was about like 10, 20 minutes

about what we're going to talk about today.

And in true crunch fashion, this is why I'm so happy because I have never met Matt

in real life or talk to him outside of the internet. We talked briefly

through replies on the Roman Circus podcast account. So I've never like, I just recently saw

his face on the internet for the first time. He's not even looking at me right now. I'm looking

at his icon on his screen with to Benedictine Metal. So it reminds me of when we started The Crunch, when

Ethan and I briefly talked on the internet for two minutes, and then he was like, let's start a

podcast, and I met him via podcast live online. And that blossomed into a beautiful friendship

he denies we have every day. So maybe my friendship with Matt will also be something that

Matt denies having every episode. I hope that we can have that kind of relationship.

Yes, I hope that I can actively deny you three times in public.

That would be quite an achievement for the both of us this is this is also a friendship
