0:57.0	Well, both are, of course, parts of the same wave. It's just different stages of the wave.
1:06.0	So basically, let's say that life is like this moment where the wave is going up.
1:14.8	So there's a lot of tension on the wave, the pressure of the water going up.
1:21.5	And then death is when the water release the tension down.
1:26.2	So let's say that in the flow of everything, there's no separation
1:30.5	between life and death. It's just the tension of existence and then the release of the tension.
1:38.9	And so in order to feel the actual release, you have to feel the actual tension.
1:50.7	So it's not that, okay, if death is very freeing somehow, so why don't we kill ourselves
1:58.4	right now?
1:59.5	Because you are not still in the top of the tension
2:03.2	of what is life. And tension is not something bad. It's the completion of a whole geometry.
