I gotta give a quick shout out.

Thank you for the hookup I was in Louisville and I stopped into this is the second time I stopped into

weightless float center said hi to my good friend Greg and I got a float in and it's been wonderful.

I've talked about floating on this podcast and other podcast sensory deprivation.

I think it's amazing and once in a while some good

people in the float community hook me up one of the perks of the jobs I want to

keep that going some throwing them some plugs I also recently was in

Sanctuary float and spa in Minnetonka Minnesota outside of Minneapolis and

float Madison and Madison of course and I really really like floating.

They aren't, no these places are paying me to say this.

I do get hooked up once a while, which is awesome and encouraged if there's float people listening but I really

recommend it to anyone anywhere you're at if there's a float place nearby at

least try it twice. It took me like three times to really I liked

it I liked it from the very first float but it took me three times to like really feel like like oh this is what

this is how to float this is I felt really comfortable and not every float has been good I've had a couple that just

like didn't go my way right after like I think that like the day or two days after the 2016 election I had a float. It did not help my stress in any way.

And, uh... stress in any way.

And, you know, so they don't, they're not always perfect, but I've had

overall so many more great floats than I've had that you know or like mediocre or whatever
