And we followed it up with our our green smoothie with protein powder

and look when she was making it I thought this is disgusting it's like what was it frozen

spinach yeah which I don't usually use but it was actually so good like protein powder and

chia seeds oh my gosh like i like i drank

it like i was eating it like i was chewing the liquid like it was so good it's so good it makes you feel

better after oh my god even though i'm still hungry but jill's over my house i don't want because we got to eat

sleep now yeah but i i love that you're over at my

house so i i love seeing you i i'm so grateful that you're here and you brought mr jack

joe brought her dog who is always with her and i have a new kitten so you guys know about

princy and uh they are hilarious so and jack thinks he's part cat and then prince thinks

he's part dog right so there's just it's a whole confusing thing. Yeah. So they're hilarious. They're right now under our feet and I'm watching them because I, oh my gosh, now Prince is in the hole. See, they're like, they're playing like how dogs play. What do you mean? Like sniffing each other's butts. They like prance on each other and they like bend down. They do like downward facing dog. So they do that with each other. They're doing yoga. They're busy doing yoga right now. So we should leave them alone. It's like they're doing a little dance though because like one will come forward while the other one. And then then one will turn around and then the other one will go after them.
