So excited to talk to this week's guest. He is a former student at Concordia. He enlisted in the Navy, was a Navy pilot, then became a doctor through the Navy, now a team physician at the Naval Academy, a primary care sports

medicine doctor at the United States Navy. He's also an author and he's adjunct

professor at Concordia University Irvine's Masters in Coaching and

Athletics Administration program.

I love it.

And I'm really, really happy to be here.

Uh, excited that, you know, someone from Concordia reached out, a school that has been a part of my life since I went there as a freshman back way

back in 1997 so many years ago to think about the route that it's taken and and now

being involved with the school in a teaching format for the past 13 or so years.

So excited to be here today to meet you through this venue and for us to chat and have a great conversation.
