Dr. Ann Burgess, a psychiatric clinical nurse, began her ground breaking career assessing and treating trauma in rape victims and co-founding one of the first hospital based crisis counseling programs at Boston City Hospital. This got the attention of the FBI who asked her to assist them in investigating serial rapists and murderers. I'd never heard of her, but she is absolutely amazing.

Her name is Dr. Ann Burgess. So I'm going to just sort of give you a summary

of what this is about. We'll talk about the documentary. So Dr. Ann Burgess began her trailblazing

career as a nurse in the 1950s and later became a psychiatric nurse and professor, working with
