Man, it's been an interesting week for me.

This week and the past few weeks, I think around week three, I've been doing intermittent

fasting.

I don't know if any of you guys have tried that.

It is a lot harder than it sounds.

Intermittent fasting is supposed to help with longevity and it's supposed to help with,

well, it's supposed to help also with losing weight, even though that's not really my goal

Apparently, it helps with longevity and I don't want to go into the science of it all.

Anyway, I've been doing it.

It's a lot harder than I thought it was going to be.

I'm doing 16-8.

So that means that I'm fasting for 16 hours and I'm eating all of my calories in an eight

What I've done was 12 to 8, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. as my eating window.

So from 8 p.m. all the way to 12 p.m. the next day, there is no eating.
