| 0:48.4 | staying in a hotel and eating the hotel food and, you know, attending an event for two or three days is like, |
| 0:55.4 | it doesn't feel like a good use of your time to go to an event to then improve your mindset. |
| 1:01.3 | But most people leave the event, realizing, oh my God, that's what I needed the most. |
| 1:07.2 | Like I needed a kick up the backside. I needed a realization that I can do it. |
| 1:10.7 | So the point of what I'm talking about here today is the internal resistance that holds |

| 1:20.2 | So the internal resistance could be like being a perfectionist or being a procrastinator |
| 1:25.1 | or low self-worth or doubt or fear of rejection, fear of judgment, |

| 1:38.5 | resistance, so your family and friends call it a pyramid thing, go get a real job, those |

| 1:45.2 | you and I. If you can't deal with the external resistance, then your internal resistance is also |
| 1:51.5 | super, super high, and you need to improve that. So what I want you to do is I want you to really think |
