and you're frustrated and you don't say anything about it.

Then eventually you complain to your spouse, you complain to other team members, which is not

appropriate.

You're like, this guy, he's not, and she's not, and you go weeks and weeks and weeks and finally you can't take it anymore and you come in and you either yell at

them or you fire them or whatever and you're like but why i didn't even know that's going on so

what you're doing is actually very very loving by telling them the truth
