Our thoughts are not about what’s right or wrong but about the experience we want to have. By paying attention to what we tell ourselves, we can start to shift our energy. It's not about denying reality but choosing to focus on what uplifts us, even in challenging situations.
Examine your self-talk, especially when it’s filled with “I can’t” statements. If we want to create a new reality, we must first transform the way we speak to ourselves. This shift in language is a powerful way to align with the higher version of ourselves.
Operating from a state of need attracts more need. I discuss how even if we achieve our goals, if our mindset remains in scarcity, new problems will continue to arise. True abundance comes from aligning our thoughts with the state of having rather than needing.
To make this shift, I suggest replacing “I need” statements with “I am” affirmations, such as “I am abundant” or “I am healthy.” This change in self-talk helps us embody the energy of what we want to attract.
Instead of blaming our past, we can choose to be the light that breaks negative cycles and raises the frequency for future generations. This shift in perspective transforms challenges into powerful opportunities.
