What is the best possible scenario we can provide for you to succeed in 2023?

So the way we frame all of your success is obviously there's kind of two separate frameworks, right?

So there's the six pillars of lean,

healthy muscular body, which you guys know, or I'll share with you if you don't. And then there's

the three phases that we kind of overlap, right? So we overlap these six pillars over three phases.

And so if you're someone who is relatively new to muscle intelligence, I'll tell you a little

bit about the three phases because it's important. And whether or not you're in our coaching or not, you should still be

following these three phases. The reason we do this is the three phases are, I'll tell you what they

are really quickly, and then I'll give you a little bit of insight. And we'll go a little bit deeper on some

specific things. The first phase you want to go through is what I call a foundational phase. And if you don't do this, your body is not going to adapt the way you want it to do,

the way you want it to, right?

So simple way to think of this is workouts are only useful if you adapt, right?

So if I could train as hard as I want, but if I'm not doing the things necessary to adapt,

the workout is literally not, it's unhelping.

You're not causing an adaptation, right?

I wouldn't say it's useless because there's still immediate benefits to working out from,

you know, hormone benefits and what's what are called myokines, which are these secretory

inflammatory molecules that ultimately cause adaptation to body.

But the body doesn't get stronger. The body doesn't adapt, doesn't build muscle, unless you do the all of the things necessary.

So the first phase of muscle intelligence, foundational phase is really about increasing the size of your stress bucket, right?
