In order to change, you need awareness.

And you need the ability to be intentional, right?

You need to be intentional with your behaviors.

95% of our behaviors after 35 are unconscious, and then we're not intentional about it.

So how do I change if I'm not conscious about it? Can't. So you have to reverse yourself

into, okay, well, what makes me unconscious? The nervous system is the lens through which we see

the world. So if your nervous system, like a guitar string, is too tightly wound, the body's going to be vibrating
