Hey everybody, we're up now. We're here and today we've got a pretty exciting episode

0:10.4

as Tesla has just published their white paper for Master Plan Part 3. We knew this was coming

0:15.8

from investor day and Tesla has already shared a lot of this information with us, but this

0:18.8

gives us a much more granular look at how Tesla plans to transition or be a part of the

0:24.2

transition to a fully sustainable energy economy. So a pretty exciting stuff that we'll go

0:29.0

through. And then we do have quite a few other topics as well tonight. So probably going

0:33.0

to be a long one, but I'll put times stamps once we're done with the live stream down

0:36.4

in the description. All right, we'll start off with this doc. Just a quick look here.

0:39.8

Tesla down three and two thirds per cent today to close at $185.52. While the NASDAQ, my

0:46.5

normal screen even, the NASDAQ down 1.1% on the day today. So a little bit of an underperformance

0:52.1

to Tesla's beta, to Tesla's beta, but not anything to you out of the ordinary there.

0:56.9

1:01.2

getting to the master plan stuff, there wasn't 8K today that showed that Tesla has made

1:05.2

some adjustments to their bylaws. And this allows any stockholder or any group of 20 or

1:10.1

less stockholders that own 3% or more of Tesla's outstanding shares to nominate proxy or

1:16.7

to nominate board members, potential board members to be included in test proxy materials

1:21.3

for their annual meetings. So basically just allows more people to nominate, you know, more

1:26.5

flexibility on nomination for board members as a part of those adjustments. So nothing

1:31.9

too major there to understand, but could have some impact on those proxy materials that

1:36.6

we'll end up seeing, which we should get really soon for this year. And then we do also

1:39.8

have a form for this from Kimble Musk, 100,000 shares exercised and sold from Kimble. This

1:45.7

was put in place, this trading plan was put in place on December 8th. So probably right
