fireworks some grilling some laughs and some family and enjoying the good son and

some water so thank you and I'm still grateful to be a member of the greatest country in the world brother and I'm proud of it.

Jo and you grew up watching Pac-10 football, then you played quarterback at Southern Cal at USC then of course the

pack 12 you have great allegiance and memories of playing for the USC Trojans and

and now they're leaving that conference and college football

I don't know where it's heading give me your thoughts on what's transpired over the last week

you know I think the emotionally like the the lifetime achievement award there's that that emotional feeling of what a bummer right that it's not when I grew up watching that the Rose Bowl was Ohio State or

Michigan against USC and we was a special you look forward to that January game

on January 1st every year in Pasadena.

The sentimental value bothers me.

And if it doesn't, then you probably don't have a pulse, right?

Yeah.

The, um, the every day of, and I don't know, I, some people maybe don't consider USC in Oregon a rivalry. We do, but, you know, UCLA, our biggest rival, we'll still play them obviously with them going to the big ten and the Notre Dame rivalry which will stay.

It's a national rivalry. So for us the Notre Dame rivalry was always bigger nationally and locally

it was the guys you played with in high school, UCLA, but we're keeping them.

So I guess you lose that flavor of driving to Scottsdale for Arizona State game, right?

But Grant, on the other side, I like life,
