Welcome back, everyone. We're going to jump right to it.

We have had such a fantastic amount of positive feedback from all of you thanking us for sharing the

information about what we're now calling the real estate reset, which is clearly happening now.

I mean, I'm not going to elaborate on this, but I was nervous.

Julie and I were nervous about presenting this information because we did this back in 07, 0607,

and we caught a lot of arrows for it

because, you know, we were a little bit too early telling people the facts that they didn't want to hear.

So, you know, we had a lot of people that were mad at us back then or, you know, just scared, really,

from what we were saying because they knew we had a huge audience in there, fearful, but

we were going to cause

some kind of, you know, irrational reaction to bad information or whatever, whatever.

I mean, they were just off – a lot of people were off the handle about us telling our

version of what we were seeing from our coaching clients.

And I have to say, we were a little nervous that it was going to happen again, but it's not.

Matter of fact, quite the opposite is what's happening.
