puzzling experience. I bought a house in 2017, a little town called Greenfield, Massachusetts. And I bought it for $215,000, went through closing. And then I find out that my property was appraised at $270,000. So, well, this is wrong, because I just paid money for it. So I go down to the assessor's office and I say, hey, here's my proof. I paid $2.15. That's its actual market value. And they said, oh, Chris, you can't do that. You'll have to go through an appeals process, which I did. And I lost because there was some very complicated appraisal formula that I was running a foul of. I didn't get it. Didn't feel right. Well, it's not only just not right.

It is massive fraud that's been going on. I'm not sure in that particular case. But boy,
