Welcome to the Advisory Opinions Podcast, the Delayed Advisory Opinions Podcast, because

quite frankly, listeners on Monday, we did not have a lot to talk about.

We have topics today and we're going to start with the worst possible topic, the school

shooting in Texas at an elementary school in Texas that has claimed the lives of 14

elementary school kids.

It's just almost impossible to say that.

It's so horrible.

We're also going to talk about the 11th Circuit issued a ruling on the social, on Florida's

social media law that we're going to walk through.

We're also going to talk about a third circuit case that, as Sarah says, might decide the

Pennsylvania primary and then we're going to have a chat about the Southern Baptist Convention

abuse scandal if we have time.

If we don't, we're going to give that some room before we, you know, we're going to give

that some room because that needs to be talked about and is relatively, is a pretty serious

matter and we don't need to give it four minutes.

So David, we had said we were going to record this podcast on Tuesday at 5 p.m. and shortly

after 4 o'clock, there were reports out of youvalde, Texas of a shooting at an elementary

school.

The governor has confirmed that 14 students have been killed alongside their teacher,

customs and board of patrol agents rushed to the scene during the shooting.
