0:58.7	Yesterday evening at about 6.30 p.m., an individual was seen entering 3.45 Park Avenue in
1:04.6	Midtown Manhattan, a 44-story office building housing organizations such as the NFL headquarters,
1:12.4	Blackstone, KPMG, and Bristol-Myers Squip. Surveillance footage showed him casually walking into the skyscraper with
1:18.3	the AR-15-style rifle in plain view. The shooter opened fire outside and then inside the building
1:24.0	targeting civilians and an off-duty New York City Police Department officer,
1:28.3	leaving a casualty report at present of four civilians and the New York City Police Department officer.
1:34.3	The gunman was later seen on the 33rd floor via a CCTV camera committing suicide.
1:40.3	The shooter was later identified as Shane Devon Tamura, a 27-year-old from Las Vegas, Nevada.
1:46.7	He was a licensed private investigator with a concealed carry permit, which was revoked in 2022.
1:52.5	A vehicle with Nevada plates was registered to him and found near the scene. No motive at the time
