We are way more capable of being centered than when we don't anticipate it.

I'm not saying there will not be shock.

I am not saying there won't be heartache.

I am not saying there won't be incredible, like fear or denial or regret or sadness.

But what I'm suggesting to you now is find peace with the inevitable.

If we can find peace with the inevitable in advance, we are more able to cope.
