Wellness to me cannot exist separate, the meaning and fulfillment. I could be super healthy and fit.

I could be resilient as heck. I could release all the attention to my body. But if I don't feel like the day or the series of days had some meaning or some magic to them, I didn't feel fulfilled with the efforts I was putting in, even when taking care of the home, taking care of the family, that meant doing my art or building my business.
