Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son of the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for,

especially for little Catherine on her second round of chemo

up in Omaha for little Thomas Lauer to be healed of stomach cancer on the East

coast and we continue to pray for a little Olivia Caneli.

And I'm offering this rosary in Thanksgiving

for being joined by a wonderful group of friends

this evening to live the movement and pray the Rosary on my mother-eurless birthday.

Now today we meditate on the secret power of Mary to form Jesus within us.

It's a secret because so few make the effort to live it.

St Louis de Monfort, in his fantastic work, true devotion to Mary, writes,

we must do everything through Mary, that is. We must obey her always and be led in all things by her spirit, which is the Holy Spirit of God.

I have said that the Spirit of Mary is the Spirit of God because she was never

led by her own Spirit, but always by the Spirit of God, who made himself master of her to such an extent that he became her very spirit.
