Do you remember what Uzziah did wrong?

Uzziah was of the royal line.

And what was forbidden to him was to act as priest.

He had not been consecrated as a priest.

He had been set apart as a king.

And what he did was that he boldly and arrogantly took over without consecration

just because he felt entitled.

He took over the one thing he could not do

and that was serve in that temple.

Thank you. Notice the hymn.

I just love this.

Notice that it says,

I saw the Lord seated in a high and lofty throne, and the hymn of his robe filled the temple.

Okay, so why a hymn?

Why a hymn? Why a him? Well, several of the scholars said something that I am convinced is absolutely true because, let me take this down here with me,

because when you are flat on your face like this, and you have seen something up here that has put you way down here, what you're mainly looking at is a hymn.

Anybody understand what I'm saying?

I'll read to you out of Exodus chapter 24, verse 9. Then Moses went up with Aaron, Nadab and Behoo, in the 70 of Israel's

elders, and they saw the God of Israel. Beneath his feet was something like a pavement made of

Lapis, Luzula, as clear as the sky itself. That's it. That's it. They said God

did not harm them. He didn't kill them. That's it. All they describe is the pavement under God's
