As long as we're talking about horror films, the Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Mentos

is kind of a horror film. It's a touch on the spooky side. I'll tell you what, without jumping

into any of my review stuff, I did see a bunch of kids in the theater when I went to go see it,

and I did not hear any squeals of horror or dismay or any kids running out to use a

the emergency restroom type situation. I know that. Okay.

And there were no tears when I saw, and these are like, you know, between six and 10-year-old kids.

I mean, still on the young side. And no one seemed to be scarred on the back side of Doctor Strange.

So maybe a touch on the spooky side, but a whole lot of fun, and we'll get into more of it later on

in the show. Very true. Very true. Speaking of which, Multiverse of Madness opened domestically

with $187.4 million in ticket sales, making it the 11th largest opening of all time,

and the second biggest opening of the pandemic era. That said, I want to remind folks that on

last week's show, Aaron and I were talking about how industry insiders were projecting that

Multiverse of Madness would sell between $175 to $200 million worth of tickets in North America.

Aaron, if you break out your calculator, $187.4 million is that number. Give or take $100,000.
