Meanwhile, another person remains on the radar. He's the interim U.S. attorney in the District of Columbia,

Edmund. And there has been a

misconduct complaint filed with the D.C. Barr against Mr. Martin by the Senate Judiciary Committee,

but not the whole Senate Judiciary Committee, as you might imagine, just the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Shocker.

Which is not a thing I think that they do lightly.

Obviously, they are elected officials or elected senators.

I used to work on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

I don't think it's a thing that they do casually.

Do you want to describe what it is that they allege

Ed Martin has done wrong? Yeah, so without going

into the bar rules, let's just talk about the three situations that they identify. The first one is

violating professional standards by refusing to recuse himself from a case involving a capital rioter, a January 6th rioter,

that he previously represented and dismissing the charges against the man. And not to put too fine

of a point on it, Martin was still on record as representing Joseph Padilla at the point where he moved
