And that is the announcement by the mayor of Detroit, Mike Duggan, a very popular mayor of Detroit.

The scene is a very successful mayor of Detroit, whose son was in charge of Biden, the Biden Harris campaign in the state of Michigan.

He announced that he's going to run for governor, but he's not going to run as a Democrat.
