Our good Martini is uncovering something not so great,

but hats off to Alabama Freshman Republican Senator Katie Britt and her staff

for digging into one of the more puzzling issues over the past 10 months now,

probably getting close to a year.

When the DOBS decision was leaked, the abortion decision from the Supreme Court leaked in May of last year.

Protesters descended almost immediately on the homes of the justices who were believed to be voting to overturn Roe v. Wade,

and in fact, they did when the decision officially came down.

And there were a lot of questions for Mayor Garland over time.

You know, protesting like that outside of the homes of judges and especially Supreme Court justices

is against the law, 18 USC, 1507, yet no arrests were made.

And Mayor Garland was saying, hey, hey, arrests were totally up to the marshals that I put there to protect the justices.

I'm the first attorney general who ever did that.

It was up to them to make arrests.
