We're back with the final audiologue from the Chappia crew.

Chappia, or crew health and performance, exploration analog is a year-long analog study right

here in a habitat on Earth that is simulating very closely what it would be like to live on Mars.

We're lucky enough to have monthly check-ins with the crew. Commander Kelly Haston on Mars

with the crew.

To meet the needs of fitting in with his analog

and simulating significant communication

delays between Earth and Mars that prohibit us from having a live conversation, the crew recorded

an audio log based off the questions that we draft for them.

On this episode, we're playing the recording of their 12th and final month in the Habitat

which is here at NASA's Johnson Space Center and was recorded in July 2024.

I know I know if you're keeping track you're probably thinking we skipped June but it's just

the way the schedule worked out. By the time this audio log podcast comes out the

crew will have already egress the habitat so you'll hear from each of the crew
