Tonight's episode, a married couple files a lawsuit against Tim Ballard.

Now, there are two lawsuits that have been filed so far.

The first involve five women who are making claims against Tim Ballard.

I covered that lawsuit in a prior episode.

More recently, a second lawsuit has been filed against Tim Ballard, and this one is different in that there is a woman, but there is also a man.

There are two plaintiffs in this lawsuit, and they are married and were married during the course of these events.

Also, something that distinguishes these two individuals from the others is that they are not

Mormons. They are not members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And yet, Tim Ballard was

apparently, or at least allegedly, able to work his wiles on this individual woman as well.

Now, the lawsuit itself, I'm going to bring it up here on the

screen. Okay. And here it is on the screen. And it is filed, I believe, by at least a couple of the

lawyers who are representing the five women. There may be some other lawyers involved in it. I'm not sure,

but there is some overlap. And it is a similar kind of lawsuit to the first one that was filed.

By which I mean, let me go up to the top here. Here's the lawyer, Suzette Rasmussen. She's the

lawyer who had the press conference on the steps of the Capitol. Michael Green, I think is another lawyer involved with that.

But then there are a few other attorneys that you can see there.

So there's a number of attorneys there for the plaintiffs in this case.

The plaintiffs are two individuals.
