Good to see you, as always. We're going to be discussing a most important topic. Most Catholic people are laymen and lay

women, their wives. And most Catholic people are as functioning good Catholics sexually active in

their daily lives. The church, our magisterium, has never, that is not once,

laid down an official code of sexual ethics for married people, not one. It's an empty set.

There are a few implications from this, but I get asked all the time, and I know you do too, Will,

what are we allowed to do in the bedroom? I'm not a perv, but I want to make sure that what I'm doing

is up to snuff in both senses, morally. And of course, you know, we don't want to, we don't want to let

things get out of hand,

but we also want to do what we can, keep things fresh.

We want to make sure that the little we have done is okay.

Today's show, Will, you take it off from here, is going to be a set of parameters,

which will be preceded by a look at the historical majority positions in the church.

Because there has been, I'm going to say a scary word here, even though it shouldn't be,

legitimate development of doctrine.

So first we're going to talk about that legitimate development of doctrine

where there's been really no official teaching by the church. And then after that, we're going to go on

and we're going to say here in our majority of moral theologian by opinion day, here's what
